This one’s worth breaking the silence, though. My brother’s girlfriend, Ally, decided that a ‘nutella breakfast’ was in order. My brother and I both had the day off work so we spoiled ourselves this morning and had these cinnamon rolls with nutella filling and fruit.
The second recipe also made 3 pans of rolls. I might love this stuff, but with 5 people sharing breakfast, the no-rise version, which made 9 rolls, was optimal for our use.
We followed the directions exactly for the no-rise cinnamon rolls and sorta-kinda halved the recipe for nutella filling from the other recipe. After spreading the nutella on the dough, Ally sprinkled some cinnamon over top.
A little powdered sugar glaze on top (included with both recipes) to throw you over the precipice of sugar overdose. Who’s complaining?
