Make your own (virtual) brownie

While doing homework and being studious, I stumbled across a virtual brownie maker on Fine Cooking’s website.

OK.  Maybe I wasn’t being studious.  Maybe I was abusing my internet connection and looking for food porn.  It happens.

But let’s count this as time well used because this is a great tool.  Just click on the link and you get to make your own brownie recipe by selecting flavorings (Kahlua or Bailey’s?), swirl-ons, add-ins (Nutella, anyone?), and toppings.  Then, the website generates a recipe for you to actually try your creation.

Genius.

And if you’re not confident with your creation, check out Noble Pig’s rendition of an amazing duo: Peanut Butter and Nutella Brownies.  Fudgy.  Dense.  Good gracious.  She finished hers with white chocolate drizzle.  I threw dainty drizzles to the wind and dolloped with Nutella.  Nothing short of delicious.
